Return Policy

We offer free returns and exchanges on all US orders for up to 90 days from the original date of purchase. Reach out to us via email at hello@westcoastsaw.com for a free return shipping label. Due to the high cost of international postage, we regret that we cannot offer free returns and exchanges on international orders. 

Note that returned items must be in new condition. We cannot issue credit for used products unless there is a manufacturing defect. 

Exception: We fully guarantee our Bark Box covers for up to 1 year of regular use. We fully guarantee our 3-point Westcoast Saw felling dogs for up to 6 months of use when using it along with a chain catcher.

Customers may also mail their returns to us directly at the following address. They should include their order number, name and contact information in the package.
